AT YOUNG WALLS, EVERY CANVAS IS CAREFULLY PRODUCED USING MUSEUM-GRADE MATERIALS AND PROFESSIONAL PRINTING METHODS. WE ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS TO REVIEW THEIR SELECTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THEIR PURCHASE. HOWEVER, WE WANT EVERY CUSTOMER TO FEEL CONFIDENT ORDERING FROM YOUNGWALLS, SO THE FOLLOWING REFUND AND RETURN GUIDELINES APPLY.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

YOUNGWALLS ACCEPTS RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN:
• THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION

• THE CANVAS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WHEN POSSIBLE

• THE ARTWORK MUST ARRIVE BACK TO US UNDAMAGED
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS THE ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.
ONCE THE RETURNED ARTWORK IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

BECAUSE MANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR EACH ORDER, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
• CUSTOM DESIGNS OR PERSONALIZED ARTWORK

• PRODUCTS CREATED FROM UPLOADED CUSTOMER PHOTOS

• ITEMS PURCHASED DURING SPECIAL PROMOTIONS OR CLEARANCE EVENTS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

ORDERS MUST BE CANCELLED ON THE SAME DAY THEY ARE PLACED.
PRODUCTION BEGINS SHORTLY AFTER AN ORDER IS SUBMITTED, WHICH MEANS CANCELLATIONS CANNOT BE PROCESSED ONCE THE PRODUCTION PROCESS HAS STARTED.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

ALL YOUNGWALLS SHIPMENTS ARE FULLY INSURED DURING TRANSIT.
IF YOUR CANVAS ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AND INCLUDE CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE.
ONCE YOUR CLAIM IS VERIFIED, WE WILL ARRANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT ARTWORK TO BE PRODUCED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 1–5 BUSINESS DAYS.

EXCHANGES

AT THIS TIME, YOUNGWALLS DOES NOT OFFER DIRECT EXCHANGES.
IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT OUR SUPPORT TEAM AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

REFUND PROCESSING

ONCE WE RECEIVE AND INSPECT THE RETURNED ARTWORK, REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR THE PURCHASE.
