Place Your Order: As soon as you order, our designers start working their magic, turning your cherished photos into a one-of-a-kind artwork.
Art Preview (1-4 days): Within just a few days, you'll get a preview straight to your inbox. We won’t move forward until you love it!
Unlimited Revisions: Your satisfaction is our top priority. Request as many changes as needed until your design is perfect.
Production (1-3 days): Once approved, your order is produced locally and quickly prepared for the next steps.
Final Touch & Shipping: We carefully package your order for shipping. Shipping details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
Want it faster? Use our First In Line service to speed up the design process, and select Express or Priority shipping at checkout for a quicker delivery.

Due to the handmade nature of our work, we don’t provide previews before an order is placed. Ensure the photo has good lighting. Try to capture the photo at eye level with your pet. Get a close-up to highlight your pet’s unique features. Make sure the photo isn’t blurry. Avoid cutting off important features (like ears!) in the frame.
We also have a dedicated team that reviews all photos once orders are placed. If there’s any issue with your photo, we’ll contact you right away via email.

Depending on what you ordered, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Although in most cases, all items will be packaged together.
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.For the United Kingdom.We also ship to select European countries through Justlyne.eu.
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept PayPal payments.If you wish to pay in installments, we also offer Klarna and Afterpay.
Our payments are processed in United States Dollar.
Returns & Refunds

Once an order is placed, we can’t edit or cancel it due to its personalized nature.If for any reason you wish to cancel midway, we do offer partial refunds, with $25 deducted for the design work already completed. Please note that "First in Line" and digital products are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
We’ve got you covered with unlimited revisions and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.We won’t produce or ship anything until you’ve fully approved the design. If you feel a different photo would work better, we can update the artwork for you.Our team is committed to making all the necessary revisions to ensure you’re thrilled with the final result.
